The Laboratories

Movement Laboratories

Where psychology and movement work together.

Our laboratories bring together psychological work and movement practice around your individual goals. We help you identify recurring patterns, choose a direction for exploration and put new responses into practice.

Your starting point: a consultation with us to understand what you want to change and how we can work with you.

Your journey through the laboratory

We guide the process, connecting psychological insight, movement and everyday experience.

  1. 01

    Find the focus

We begin with a consultation to explore your concerns, identify a pattern to work on and shape your personal roadmap.

  2. 02

    Explore through movement

We select a suitable practice and guide you through focused exercises to observe familiar responses and experiment with alternatives.

  3. 03

    Reflect on the experience

We explore your observations with you, connect them to your psychological work and refine the next step.

  4. 04

    Practise in everyday life

We help you try new responses in everyday situations and review what changes, what remains difficult and what needs further exploration.

Each experience informs the next.

We return to the focus, adapt the practice and build on what you discover.

Movement and Psychological Wellbeing

Physical balance and movement skills do not necessarily reflect emotional or psychological wellbeing. Our methodology explicitly explores the connection between bodily experience, psychological reflection and everyday life, without assuming that progress in movement automatically leads to psychological change.

The practices we work with

We help you choose a practice according to your goals, needs and readiness. The same discipline can offer different directions for exploration.
