Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Psychology of Movement and anything you buy through it. By using the site you accept them.

Who you are dealing with
The site is operated by Zolotco Consulting FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates, trading as Psychology of Movement. It is also the seller of everything offered here and the recipient of every payment.

What this is, and what it is not
Psychology of Movement offers an archetypal portrait calculated from your date of birth, written and recorded material about the method behind it, and paid consultations with Valeria Zolotco.
The portrait is a psychological and symbolic reading. It is not medical advice, not psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction of anything that will happen. Nothing on this site is a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a doctor or your local emergency service. Do not rely on this site.
You are responsible for what you decide to do. We do not accept responsibility for choices made on the basis of a reading.

Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. We never hold a password for you, and keeping that account secure is your responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything here. Use the site honestly: one account per person, accurate information, and no attempt to reach content you have not paid for.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, or to abuse or harm another person.

What you can buy
The archetypal portrait is free. These are the paid items, and the prices are in United States dollars:
- Roadmap consultation, 300 USD. A single session with Valeria Zolotco, scheduled by you after purchase. Buying it also opens the final two stations of your Hero's Path.
- Guided journey, 1,500 USD. The five-stage Hero's Map, accompanied.
- Access to the Amphitheatre, 5 USD per month. A subscription giving access to the recorded library for as long as it is active.

Paying
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own pages. Your card details are given to Stripe and never to us; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Prices are shown before you pay and may change, but a change never affects a purchase already made. For the subscription, a price change applies from the next renewal.

The subscription
Access to the Amphitheatre renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Deleting your account instead cancels immediately, and access ends at once.

Consultations
After buying a consultation you book a time yourself through our scheduling page. Rescheduling and cancellation are done from the links in your booking confirmation.
Please give reasonable notice if you cannot attend. A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.

What belongs to whom
The texts, recordings, images and the method itself belong to Zolotco Consulting FZCO or to Valeria Zolotco. Buying access lets you watch and read for yourself.
It does not let you download, copy, republish, resell, or show the material publicly, and it does not let you share your account. Your own portrait is yours to do with as you like.

Availability
We try to keep the site working and the library available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Parts of it depend on other companies, and those can fail too.
We may change what the site offers, and may withdraw items from the library. If a withdrawal materially removes what you have paid for, write to us and we will put it right.

Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected to the site or a purchase is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, where the company is registered.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of the country you live in, including your rights to bring proceedings there.

Changes
Updated terms are published here with a new date at the top. We have no way to email you, so the site is where to look. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
