Refund policy
What happens if you change your mind, for each of the things you can buy here.

The subscription
Access to the Amphitheatre costs 5 USD a month and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page. There is nothing to claim and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month you are in, and you keep access until that month ends. If you delete your account instead, the subscription is cancelled immediately and access ends at once, so cancel first if you want the rest of the month you have paid for.

Consultations and the guided journey
Refunds for a consultation or the guided journey follow the Client Agreement & Session Policy you accept before paying. A copy of the version you accepted is in your booking confirmation email and in your account.
In short: if we decline your booking before any sessions take place, your payment is refunded in full. With at least 24 hours' notice a session can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge; a late cancellation or a missed appointment is charged in full for that session.
If we cancel a session, you can have it rescheduled without charge or refunded. If we end an ongoing programme, unused prepaid sessions are refunded. If you end a five-session package, each unused session is refunded at the total package price paid divided by five, subject to the cancellation and attendance terms.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. You keep that right for anything not yet delivered.
For access to the recorded library, the right ends once you start watching, because that is digital content supplied immediately with your agreement. Until you start, you can still withdraw.

How to ask
Write to psychologymovementvz@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you bought and what you would like to happen. There is no form to fill in.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. How quickly it appears is up to your bank, and is usually a few working days.
A refund ends the access it paid for. Refunding a consultation cancels the session it paid for, and refunding a month of the Amphitheatre ends the subscription, including access to positions V and VI of the portrait.
